Shipping is a standard flat fee of $5-6 for Australia and the United States, and $8-9 for the rest of the world. There is no added shipping fee for any additional item you add to your reward.

Unfortunately, Kickstarter doesn’t allow pledges for more that one reward. However if you want multiple items, simply add the cost of the extra item to your pledge. After the campaign finishes, we will send out a survey where you can confirm your extra items.

You won’t be able to choose the add-ons at this stage.

But after choosing a reward level, check the Add-on Menu in the project description for the prices, and find the item(s) you want to add. Simply increase your reward by the amount including the add-on(s).

For Example, If you would like to add an Extra Orbitkey Ring ($13) to your Combo Pack - Clip + Strap ($60), Follow these steps:

Select the $60 Combo Pack - Clip + Strap Reward Adjust your pledge by $13. Total Pledge = $73 Shipping is a ONE flat fee of $5~$9 depending on your location.

And at the end of the campaign, we will send every backer a survey. In this survey, you will be able to select and confirm the add-on(s) for your reward. You will also have the chance to add extra items that are not in the Add-On Menu.

We’ve designed each product to work functionally on its own, but even better together! The Ring comes part of the Strap, and the Clip system, so unfortunately the Clip or Strap won’t be made available just on its own. But what’s great about the products is you will have the option to use all / or one part of it, and customise as you like!

Not that we’ve tried, and we don’t recommend for you to either! Our Clip is not designed to use for rock climbing, or as a safety harness equipment. The Orbitkey Clip is suitable and great to use for your everyday carry such as your keys, tags, drink bottle.

Totally can! As long as the hole on the key or car fob is greater than 3.6mm wide, it will fit through the Ring.

Use the Orbitkey Ring to carry and quickly detach your car keys and other bulkier items, Use the Orbitkey Clip to hook your Orbitkey on your belt loop or bag and use the Orbitkey Strap to wrap your orbitkey around your wrist or tie it to your bag.

We’re always open to adding more colours! Although, adding other (colour) options does become tricky with our manufacturing, and inventory management side of things. We’ll consider introducing more colours as the campaign progresses.

We aim to have manufacturing completed in February 2018, and send stock to our fulfilment centres (Melbourne, LA, Hong Kong, Netherlands, and UK). We hope to start shipping rewards by end of Feb 2018. We will keep all of our backers updated and be completely transparent with progress.

Australia: All Australian orders will be shipped directly from our office in Melbourne via Australia Post. United States: All orders will be sent from our fulfilment centre located in LA, orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on items received as Kickstarter rewards. The items you receive after making a pledge is not a purchase but are referred to as ‘rewards’. The item is more more of a gift to you as a sign of our appreciation to you for supporting our campaign and business. If the item/s you received is faulty, we are more than happy to send a replacement item/part, and we do have a two year warranty on all our products.

Unfortunately for the Clip and Strap system, you won’t be able to change the Ring colour itself, as they will come packaged as a set. It is difficult for us to accommodate otherwise, in terms of assembly, logistics, and for fulfilment when we have too many items/SKUs.

We’ve done some testing and found that unless the edges of the keyholes are sharp, it shouldn’t damage the coating too much. Although, just like with any coating, there will be signs of wear and tear over a long period of use.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the limited black edition for the campaign as we only have limited numbers produced. What will be available is our Black with Black stitching Key Organiser that comes with PVD Black Hardware too (just not black leather backing).
